Our attraction to light has existed since the beginning of time, all organisms, plants and animals, respond to light.

Living by the ocean in Australia, I am greatly inspired by the light we receive here. Simmers and glimmers of light dancing on the water, the sun’s rays flickering through the trees.

Reflections, refractions, sunrises and sunsets are all a big part of my inspiration and art making. I also draw inspiration from patterns in nature, from the flora and fauna that surrounds us, both above and below the ocean.
